Elbow

The inner and outer surfaces of the elbow shall be smooth and free from defects that could compromise its strength or appearance, such as knots, scratches, or laps. Upon detection of any defects, they shall be ground down to remove them. The reduction in wall thickness at the ground areas shall be no less than 93.5% of the original wall thickness. The ground areas must be smoothly rounded, and their defect-free status shall be confirmed by means of dye penetrant testing or magnetic particle inspection until no defects remain.

Stainless steel elbow

The inner and outer surfaces of the bent pipe shall be smooth and free from defects that could compromise strength or appearance, such as knots, scratches, or laps. Upon detection of any defects, they shall be ground down to repair them. The reduction in wall thickness at the ground areas shall be no less than 93.5% of the original wall thickness. The ground areas must be smoothly rounded, and their defect-free status shall be confirmed by means of dye penetrant testing or magnetic particle inspection until no defects remain.

Reducing tee

A three-way fitting, as its name suggests, is a pipe joint with three ports. It’s primarily used for the conveyance of liquids or gases.

Lateral Large-Stroke Bellows Compensator

A metal bellows compensator is a type of compensator made from austenitic stainless steel or other materials as specified by the user. It boasts excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance (-235℃ to +450℃), and high-pressure resistance (up to 32 MPa). In piping systems, it can be connected in any direction, serving purposes such as thermal compensation, vibration absorption, noise reduction, changing the direction of medium flow, and eliminating mechanical displacement between pipelines or between pipelines and equipment. Double-flange metal bellows hoses are particularly well-suited as flexible joints for various pumps, valves, and other equipment that experience displacement and vibration.

Support and hanger pipe supports

Support hangers are primarily used on steam and water pipelines or boiler equipment in power plants, where thermal displacement occurs during operation, as well as on related equipment and installations. The working performance and thermal displacement requirements of spring-supported hangers are determined based on calculations that take into account the forces acting on the pipelines.

Manhole

A manhole is an opening structure designed for personnel to enter and exit equipment for installation, maintenance, and safety inspections. It typically consists of a short cylindrical section (or short pipe), a flange, and a manhole cover equipped with a handle. From a safety inspection perspective, the number and minimum dimensions of manholes required for pressure vessels are specified in the "Inspection Holes" section. Manhole materials include carbon steel and stainless steel. According to their pressure rating, manholes are classified as either atmospheric-pressure manholes or pressurized manholes. By shape, they are categorized into circular, elliptical, and rectangular manholes; rectangular manholes are suitable only for atmospheric-pressure equipment. Based on their installation position, manholes can be further divided into horizontally and vertically installed types. As for the method of securing the manhole cover, there are swing-type covers and lift-type covers. Manholes come in two types based on opening speed: conventional and quick-opening. The structure and dimensions of manholes are generally standardized, allowing users to select or design them according to relevant manuals.

Expansion joint

Expansion joints, also known as pipe compensation joints, are new products designed to connect equipment such as pumps, valves, and pipelines to piping systems. They are joined together using bolts to form a unified assembly with a certain degree of displacement capability. These expansion joints come in various types, including AY-type gland-type expansion joints, AF-type flanged loose-sleeve expansion joints, BF-type single-flange limited-displacement expansion joints, B2F-type double-flange limited-displacement expansion joints, BY-type gland-loose-sleeve limited-displacement expansion joints, CF single-flange force-transmitting joints, and C2F double-flange force-transmitting joints.

Rubber flexible joint

Rubber flexible joints, commonly known as flexible rubber joints or rubber connectors, are rubber products used to provide flexible connections between metal pipes. The materials used include natural rubber, butyl rubber, and styrene-butadiene rubber, among others.

Sleeve plus rotary compensator

The sleeve compensator, also known as a tubular expansion joint, is a compensation device used in hot-fluid pipelines. It is primarily designed to absorb and compensate for axial thermal expansion displacements that occur after straight pipelines have been installed. This type of compensator is directly installed in pipelines that convey non-corrosive fluids—whether flowing in one direction or multiple directions. The sleeve-type compensator is widely used in pipelines across various industries, including urban heating, metallurgy, mining, power generation, petrochemicals, and construction. It mainly consists of a sleeve (core pipe), an outer shell, and sealing materials.

Metal hose

As for the properties of metal hoses, particularly in corrugated pipes, firstly, they exhibit strong corrosion resistance, thanks to the inherent high corrosion-resistance of the corrugated pipe material—stainless steel. Secondly, they possess high strength due to their corrugated structure, which gives them remarkable robustness and makes them highly convenient to use.

Plate-type flat-welded flange

The plate-type flat-welded flange is designed in accordance with relevant standards and the user’s technical requirements, taking into account our company’s specific manufacturing and testing equipment.

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators?

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators? Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators have the following characteristics: Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators play an important role in many industrial fields. Different types of compensators have different application ranges and methods. Compensator joints are widely used in heating pipelines to prevent deformation and damage to these pipelines caused by thermal expansion or temperature-induced stresses during heating.

Sleeve Compensator Instructions Sleeve compensator instructions: The sleeve compensator, also known as a pipe expansion joint or pipeline expansion joint, is a compensation device used in hot-fluid pipelines. It primarily serves as an auxiliary component for linear pipelines. It is suitable for media such as hot water, steam, and oils. The sliding sleeve compensates for thermal expansion by allowing the outer sleeve to slide relative to the inner sleeve.
