Product After-Sales Service Commitment Letter

To build a renowned brand, enhance corporate visibility, and establish a strong corporate image, we are committed—guided by the spirit of “pursuing high quality in everything we do and prioritizing customer satisfaction”—to solemnly promise you the following principles: “affordable prices, thoughtful service, and reliable product quality.”

I. Product Quality Commitment:

1. Both the manufacturing and testing of the product are accompanied by quality records and test data.

2. Regarding product performance testing, we sincerely invite users to come and conduct a comprehensive, end-to-end inspection of the product’s entire performance. We will only pack and ship the product after it has been confirmed as qualified.

II. Product Price Commitment:

1. To ensure the high reliability and advanced features of the product, the system’s components are all sourced from reputable domestic or international brands.

2. Under conditions of equal competition, our company is committed to offering you preferential prices without compromising the technical performance of our products or altering their components.

III. Delivery Time Commitment:

1. Product delivery schedule: We will endeavor to meet the customer’s requirements as closely as possible. If there are special requirements or if the project needs to be completed ahead of schedule, our company can specially organize production and installation efforts to do our utmost to satisfy the customer’s needs.

2. Upon delivery of the product, our company will provide the user with the following documents:

2.1 Raw Material Inspection Report (including a copy of the warranty certificate)

2.2 Physicochemical Performance Test Report

2.3 Nondestructive Testing Reports (MT, UT)

2.4 Inspection Report on External Dimensions (Including Wall Thickness)

2.5 Heat Treatment Report

2.6 Certificate of Product Quality Compliance

2.7 Other materials required by the client

IV. After-sales Service Commitment:

1. Pre-sales service

Provide owners with product samples and other relevant materials, promptly answer any questions they may have, and offer optimized product solutions tailored to the specific product features and design requirements. Maintain close communication with the project’s design team, foster long-term cooperation and ongoing dialogue with the end-users, and deliver comprehensive technical consulting services.

2. In-sales service

1) We guarantee timely delivery of products after the product purchase and sales contract is signed, and that all relevant documents will reach the owner promptly and securely. Upon arrival of the products at the location designated by the owner, both the owner and our factory’s designated personnel will jointly inspect the goods. Should any shortages or quality issues be identified, our company will ensure prompt resolution.

2) During the product usage phase, our company provides technical consulting services at any time.

3) Actively cooperate with the user department and the installation unit in product acceptance.

3. After-sales service

1) Our company will ensure product quality in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents.

2) The warranty period shall be 12 months, starting from the date when the acceptance certificate is signed and approved by representatives of both parties. During the warranty period, if our products are damaged due to product quality issues or operator errors (except in cases of force majeure), our company will provide free repairs or replacements. Furthermore, we will offer lifelong free training to personnel from the owner’s user unit.

3) Outside the warranty period, should any issues arise with the product, our company will charge a fee based on the cost price for repair or replacement of the product.

4) Our company will promptly respond to any product-related issues users encounter during actual use.

5) When a product issue arises, our company’s technical staff will respond within one hour of receiving notification and will arrive on-site within 24 hours.
