A rubber flexible joint is a pipe segment made of rubber that can bend or deform within certain limits. It is primarily used at the connections of water pipes and other pipelines. It features high pressure resistance, excellent elasticity, ease of installation, and strong corrosion and acid-alkali resistance. It can accommodate changes in weather conditions, expanding when heated and contracting when cooled. According to connection methods, rubber flexible joints are classified into loose-flange type, fixed-flange type, and threaded type. Based on their structure, they can be further categorized into single-bellows type, double-bellows type, reducer type, eccentric reducer type, bent-bellows type, and fan coil unit type. A rubber flexible joint consists of an inner and outer rubber layer, a cord ply layer, and a steel wire ring, forming a tubular rubber component. After vulcanization and molding, it is combined with metal flanges or parallel couplings in a loose-fit configuration. This joint helps reduce vibration and noise and can...

Rubber flexible joint It’s a rubber pipe that can bend or deform within certain limits. It’s primarily used at the connections of water pipes and other pipelines. It features high pressure resistance, excellent elasticity, ease of installation, corrosion resistance, and tolerance to acids and alkalis. Additionally, it can accommodate changes in weather—expanding when heated and contracting when cooled.

Rubber flexible joint By connection method: loose-flange type, fixed-flange type, and threaded type; by structure: single-sphere type, double-sphere type, variable-diameter type, eccentric variable-diameter type, bent-sphere type, and fan coil unit. Rubber flexible joint This tubular rubber component consists of inner and outer rubber layers, a carcass ply, and a steel wire ring. After vulcanization and molding, it is combined with a metal flange or a loose-fitting parallel joint. It can effectively reduce vibration and noise and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It is widely used in various piping systems. Due to... Rubber flexible joint With excellent overall performance, it is widely used in fundamental engineering fields such as chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, and power. It is also suitable for low-temperature transportation of granular, powdered, and gaseous materials across all industries.

Rubber flexible joint Installation Instructions:

1. Installation beyond the displacement limit is strictly prohibited.

2. When installing on flat ground, in mid-air, or vertically, Rubber flexible joint The actual working axial displacement pressure is less than the support force of the pipeline. Otherwise, an anti-pull-off device should be installed.

3. Pipelines must be equipped with fixed supports or fixed brackets, and the force exerted by the fixed brackets must exceed the axial force. When installed vertically or overhead, appropriate fixed supports and load-bearing brackets must be installed at both ends of the product to prevent it from being pulled loose under working pressure.

4. The installation bolts should be tightened symmetrically and gradually to prevent localized leakage.

5. Install away from heat sources, and strictly prohibit the use of media that do not meet the required specifications.

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators?

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators? Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators have the following characteristics: Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators play an important role in many industrial fields. Different types of compensators have different application ranges and methods. Compensator joints are widely used in heating pipelines to prevent deformation and damage to these pipelines caused by thermal expansion or temperature-induced stresses during heating.

Introduction and Functions of Sleeve Compensators

A sleeve compensator, also known as a tubular expansion joint, consists primarily of a sleeve, a shell, and sealing materials. It is a type of compensator that is directly installed in any pipeline conveying non-corrosive fluids flowing in one or multiple directions. It is mainly used to absorb and compensate for axial thermal expansion displacements occurring downstream of linear pipeline auxiliary equipment.

Sleeve Compensator Instructions

Sleeve Compensator Instructions Sleeve compensator instructions: The sleeve compensator, also known as a pipe expansion joint or pipeline expansion joint, is a compensation device used in hot-fluid pipelines. It primarily serves as an auxiliary component for linear pipelines. It is suitable for media such as hot water, steam, and oils. The sliding sleeve compensates for thermal expansion by allowing the outer sleeve to slide relative to the inner sleeve.

How is the air tightness of a bellows compensator tested? What factors affect the service life of a bellows compensator?

How is the air tightness of bellows compensators tested? What factors affect the service life of bellows compensators? A bellows compensator with good air tightness will not leak the circulating medium and can absorb deviations in the pipeline. Therefore, high air tightness is a prerequisite for bellows compensators. So, how do manufacturers of bellows compensators test the air tightness of their products?
