 Spring support hangers

I. Complete Exchange Method

Select components from the same part that do not require repair and meet the specified component requirements. This assembly method is known as the complete interchange method. The advantages of the complete interchange method include simple assembly operations and high production efficiency. It is particularly suitable for applications involving a small number of cycles, low precision requirements, or large-scale production.

II. Selection of Spring Support and Suspension Assembly Methods

Appropriately widening the structural tolerances of parts enhances economic feasibility, after which suitable parts are selected to ensure the specified installation top surface. Parts are grouped according to their tolerance ranges and then arranged into groups to meet your requirements. The advantage of choosing this assembly method is that it reduces processing costs and ensures high matching accuracy of the assembled parts. It is typically used for high-precision, small-batch production runs.

  III. Repair

A component-based approach that restores component accuracy by recovering the number of parts specified for each component. The advantage of this method is that it can reduce the manufacturing precision requirements for individual parts and is suitable for small-batch production with high assembly accuracy.

  IV. Preparation Method

Adjust the position or size of the parts to achieve the assembly accuracy required by the assembly method. The advantage of this method is that parts can be manufactured with economically feasible tolerance levels and it can be applied to a variety of assembly scenarios. In addition to precision components, it is essential to select parts in groups.

The installation steps for the five-spring support hanger are as follows:

  1. Before installation, you must check the number and quality of the spring support tubes.

  2. The material of the high-temperature, high-pressure pipe spring branch pipes must be inspected.

  3. The single-plate or double-plate integrated spring assemblies (T1, T2) are installed near the root groove. After hydrostatic testing or pipeline commissioning, the positions of the spring assemblies can be adjusted. Before and after the test run, ensure that the pointers of all spring assemblies are calibrated to match their design values and record the results accordingly. The displacement indicators on the spring support hangers must be rotated to face the direction for global observation and inspection.

  4. If the design requires a spring suspension, pay special attention to the correct installation direction.

  5. If welding needs to be applied to the flange of the channel, please position it as close to the network as possible.

  6. When the design model, specifications, or materials of the spring support need to be changed, approval from the design department is mandatory.

7. For management boards and weld roots operating at temperatures between 540°C and below 450°C, T426 welding electrodes should be used.

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators?

What are the applications of maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators? Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators have the following characteristics: Maintenance-free, directly buried, unidirectional sleeve compensators play an important role in many industrial fields. Different types of compensators have different application ranges and methods. Compensator joints are widely used in heating pipelines to prevent deformation and damage to these pipelines caused by thermal expansion or temperature-induced stresses during heating.

Introduction and Functions of Sleeve Compensators

A sleeve compensator, also known as a tubular expansion joint, consists primarily of a sleeve, a shell, and sealing materials. It is a type of compensator that is directly installed in any pipeline conveying non-corrosive fluids flowing in one or multiple directions. It is mainly used to absorb and compensate for axial thermal expansion displacements occurring downstream of linear pipeline auxiliary equipment.

Sleeve Compensator Instructions

Sleeve Compensator Instructions Sleeve compensator instructions: The sleeve compensator, also known as a pipe expansion joint or pipeline expansion joint, is a compensation device used in hot-fluid pipelines. It primarily serves as an auxiliary component for linear pipelines. It is suitable for media such as hot water, steam, and oils. The sliding sleeve compensates for thermal expansion by allowing the outer sleeve to slide relative to the inner sleeve.

How is the air tightness of a bellows compensator tested? What factors affect the service life of a bellows compensator?

How is the air tightness of bellows compensators tested? What factors affect the service life of bellows compensators? A bellows compensator with good air tightness will not leak the circulating medium and can absorb deviations in the pipeline. Therefore, high air tightness is a prerequisite for bellows compensators. So, how do manufacturers of bellows compensators test the air tightness of their products?
